You will have the opportunity to see eddy covariance instrumentation in the lab. The visit will introduce you to modern instruments and their principles.

Learning objectives: * Name the instrumentation that makes up a typical surface energy balance (SEB) station (only the instrumentation in the handout) * Explain which term of the SEB each sensor measures * Provide a brief explanation of their principle of operation
